Manager & Driver Training

   

WELCOME SUBWAY® FRANCHISEES!

  1. First, you must login into the Account Manager to set-up your 888-SUB-TO-GO participation:
    • Use your Dispatch ID (Username/M-Store Number) and assigned Dispatch Password (issued to you by the District Manager, UDS Technical Dept., or Development  Agent’s Office);
    • You  must complete the Contact Information sections for both Owner and Manager;
    • Next, complete all of the store participation fields (following the online instructions) to customize your SUBWAY® Catering & Delivery store preferences (i.e. delivery hours, order minimums, pricing, etc.);
    • Once you click the SUBMIT button, an email will be automatically sent to you confirming that your Account Manager has been set-up. In the future when you access the Account Manager and make any changes, an email will confirm that changes have been made.

  2. Second, you must login into 888-SUB-TO-GO Training for Managers and Delivery Drivers:
    • Enter your market number (0008) and Store Number;
    • Login with your Franchisee or Manager’s email address and assigned Dispatch Password (as they appear in the Account Manager); plus, YOU MUST ADD “08” (Market Number) to the end of your four unit Password, for example, XXXX08;
    • Enter the RediLearning website where Manager and Delivery Driver Training modules are featured.  Open the appropriate module and follow the easy-to-use tutorial;
    • Once you, your manager and delivery driver have completed the appropriate training module, each will be issued a certificate of completion; 
    • All training data is collected into a report and shared with the Development Agent or Vice President of Operations to monitor which training modules have been completed by each store.
